Villa Norte
Villa Norte is one of 2 bungalows that can be rented on our 3-acre beachfront property in North Santa Teresa.
It has one large bedroom with one large king size bed (2 adults), one sofa bed, that pulls out from the bottom of the sofa (1 kid). It can sleep 3 adults, but it’s tight. Villa Norte is absolutely perfect for 2 adults and 1 kid!
There is also air conditioning in the room, or you can sleep with the doors open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Villa Sur
Villa Sur is one of 2 bungalows that can be rented on our 3 acre beachfront property. It has one large bedroom with one large king size bed that sleeps 2 adults and one sofa bed, that pulls out from the bottom of the sofa (1 kid).
There is AC in the room, or you can sleep with the doors open! The Villa Sur doesn’t come with a full kitchen but you find a little refrigerator to keep some cold drinks, a coffee maker to enjoy a nice cup of coffee on your porch, cooking plate and dished to prepare a simple meal. The Villa Sur is perfect for a couple, two friends, or family with kid.
