What to Bring when you Travel to Costa Rica

• First-aid kit: band aids, Neosporin, Advil, your own medications, poison plant medicine, and flashlight.

• T-shirts, shorts, one pair long pants for high dense forest areas, jeans or sweats, an open mind, a hat, headband, sunglasses, zero problems from home or work, camera, binoculars, rain-gear, plastic bags to cover your pack, insect repellent and your USA passport.

• Hand washable clothing, little detergent, shampoo, a lot of socks, underwear, comfortable dress for evening outings, sandals, another pair of shoes, long sleeve shirts, warm sweatshirt or for a cool night, plastic water bottle and your personal journal.
